If policy variance has been granted in writing or via email by Sharpeyesurfboards.com /Sharp Eye Surfboards and a product needs to be returned, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required before sending the product back to Sharpeyesurfboards.com /Sharp Eye Surfboards. A refund will be processed after the product has been inspected. Surfboards: All surfboards are manufactured specifically for the individual customer. Therefore, all sales are final.
